Cookies & Cream Donut Milkshake

This decadent milkshake made with Kāpiti’s Cookies & Cream Ice Cream is the perfect frozen treat to indulge in on a hot summery day.

METHOD
Ready in 10 minutes
  1. Crush or blitz the cookies in a food processor until you have a fine crumb.
  2. Drizzle the chocolate sauce around part of the rim of your milkshake glass, letting it drip down the sides. Place the cookie crumb on a plate and press the glass into it so the drips get completely coated in the crumb.
  3. Place the milk and 2 scoops of Kāpiti’s Cookies and Cream Ice Cream into a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into the prepared milkshake glass.
  4. Place the donut on top of the glass and finish with another scoop of ice cream, a chocolate wafer straw and lashings of whipped cream.

  • <span class="quantity">1</span> cookies & cream donut
  • <span class="quantity">1</span> chocolate wafer straw
  • <span class="quantity">To Serve</span> Whipped cream
